Uniform of

Royal Sussex Regiment Other ranks Private 1902

Off duty / Walking out uniform.

Original Glengarry cap and badge. Tunic is original as well although curiously it should have 7 buttons down the front. Repro Martini bayonet. Gaiters are 1950's Navy issue but virtually identical to original ones.

Apparently this uniform of the period should be worn with the Broderick Cap introduced around this time which replaced the Glengary.
